Again, today, this site is featuring RJ Spina, this time in a Q&A with Jeffrey Mishlove and his audience in a recent live stream. The questions are excellent and Spina has some interesting answers. I took a few notes which I have listed below the video which is 1 hour and 40 minutes.

RJ Spina is author of Supercharged Self-Healing: A Revolutionary Guide to Access High-Frequency States of Consciousness that Rejuvenate and Repair. I’ve noted a few of the more interesting comments made by Spina in answer to questions below:
- There are 5 ascended masters on Earth right now but 3 have not quite yet awakened.
- Babaji was the most ascended of the master’s and has taught all of the others including Christ and Buddha.
- Healers heal others by clearing their space, their energy channels on every level, they free them up from attachments, so that they can heal themselves, because only the individual can heal him or herself. (C Kalpa comment: Following a healing session by an advanced healer I felt an incredible lightness when I walked out of the room. Never in my life before or since have I felt that degree of lightness. It also makes qigong a wonderful practice because very slowly, with a regular daily practice, individual’s clear their channels so their energy can flow freely.)
- It is possible to stay youthful by using this infinite energy which we can tap into.
- Sleep is a time for healing and much learning, and a person can learn to be aware even while sleeping.
- There is no evil.
- We should use conventional medicine, not just these energy healing methods.
- Calm is necessary for healing.
- Healing music tones can help one become calm, but the real healing sound is a frequency outside of most people’s ability to hear, it is the universal musical energy. (Close to the OM.)
- Mental illness is often caused by multiple souls coming into one body which Spina says is not that uncommon.
