In the most recent video from Dr. Michael Salla, he interviews Brad Johnson and it is packed full of Johnson’s insights.
I pulled out three practices from the interview that Johnson presents that should be of use to people. He says that many people report remarkable help came after doing these practices. Of course, they involve letting go of your ego and using your imagination. Consider them higher states of prayer. They are intended to be used one at a time, not all together.
- When you’re going through a tough time, you simply meditate by putting your left hand on your heart and your right hand across it like a slash making an “L” over your heart.
- Write down on a piece of paper your prayer and say that I desperately need help, I need assistance.
- Breathe in. Hold breath for as long as you can. Then slowly let it out. Then hold your breath again. Yogi’s refer to it as going into your perfect breath where youre holding your breath, exhaling, holding it again. As you do this, your body fundamentally charges. As you work together with certain mantras or mudras, you are energizing your field to become a lot thicker.
