I include this in a string of words that I say to myself when I begin meditating. I love the sentence. I also wrote out this quote and put it in a small frame next to my laptop computer.
If we open our minds and go with the flow all will be well. By opening our minds we remove the veil that prevented us from perceiving what was there all the time. To open our minds, we need to let go, relax, and be fearless. We can then go where life leads us with faith that all is well and as it is meant to be. We are not attached to any outcome. So be it. Be at peace with everything. Let the Tao be the wind beneath your wings.
The Tao te Ching has resonated with me since I was in my 20’s. Reading it brings me inner peace. Everyone should own a copy of it. It makes a nice gift.
