Below, is a good discussion on intelligent design, and arguments against scientific materialism. There are some great points made about the fallacy of scientific materialism and it made me think of the phrase, “science is the new religion”. According to these three scientists, a rapid shift is currently underway in which scientists are more open to the possibility of intelligent design. They are moving away from this long period of scientific materialism and shaming everyone who doesn’t agree.
