This wonderful Mooji quote resonates and yet few of us may understand it. This thread explains this level of realization.
When you can write your autobiography on the back of a stamp and still have room to spare, I wish to meet you.
~ Mooji
This post is about an underlying “predator” of humanity and how to escape it. Most of us are stumped as to why and how our current global situations can exist. People want peace yet we get war upon war, for example. The media tries to keep us in a perpetual state of fear and loathing. It’s as if some power of ours that should prevail has been hijacked. Minds are being controlled to various degrees. The below video describes how to live your life without feeding “the Archons” lower vibrational energy, i.e. how to escape the prison. So many who came before us have written of it. Bob Monroe called it loosh. Native Americans call it wetiko. The Gnostics called it Archons. The Bible calls it Satan, or evil.
Here’s the advice:
Stay in the heart.
We’re here to feel but our lower vibrational emotions are what feed the archons. Examples of lower vibrational emotions are fear, fantasies, war, anger, and addictions like drugs and alcohol, technology, gaming, gambling, consumerism, addictive unhealthy foods, insatiable desires, jealousy, judging others, living selfishly.
Our identity has to go. Our legacy, our story has to go.
Be present and move from the mind to the heart.
We are powerful creators… but don’t create lower vibrational energies. Idols or famous people fall into this trap.
Use the breath. Remind yourself constantly to move from the duality of your mind into the unity of your heart. The heart is a portal to the universal field (Tao), to the infinite, to the oneness. The heart is peace, presence, warmth, uplifting feelings of happiness, joy, bliss.
You are not your thoughts. Everything is an appearance. It’s empty. It’s nothing and its everything. There is no death and no birth. It’s all fine just as it is. This is unknowing. Let everything go and just be. Live in Christ consciousness.
While “purpose” might be from the ego, pure passion is aligned with the heart. We are in a play, all have roles on a stage.
Keep a high vibration. Dismantle the preferences that make up your identity.
We are just here. Just be. We can let go of our egoic ways to merge with the universal flow that’s feeding us all the time (Tao).

Soon after making this post, I listened to this excellent youtube discussion that addresses this subject in depth:
