This was a surprising article on the NYTs this week. For one, I wouldn’t expect them to cover any story about manifesting, let alone feature it on top of the digital paper. The idea is that some of the (especially) younger generation are creating videos of their better selves doing things they dream of doing and playing the (multiple) videos twice a day. They use a program such as freepik, for example. The videos shown in the story are quite impressive.
