Zen in 13 Minutes

I love the simplicity of Zen. Below, are some suggestions on how to best handle situation in which we are challenged by difficulty in relationships in a zen mindset.

  • Detach and live in your awareness.
  • Your power is in I AM.

If people around you don’t share your energy, if you have relationship problems and feel stuck:

  • detach, further detachment.
  • who is stuck? no answer. its an illusion
  • no one is stuck. the character is stuck. you are not the character, even in the play of your own life.
  • this is what you are = the awareness of the character, the character is simply a projection from within the consciousness that’s pushed outward from the mighty I AM. this whole thing is taking place in your higher mind.
  • detach. observe. no analysis. no judgment. detach.
  • just experience it, don’t touch it. let it all happen. don’t judge. don’t analyze.
  • be the observer. your energy returns to you. you have more power. you can work with more power and those around you will have less effect on you, can’t drag you down.
  • all thoughts rip apart the fabric of what is. thoughts commit violence upon yourself.
  • operate in a flow state. be in it all the time. our natural state is the flow state.
  • master being present. let that flow. you are the life force.
  • every facet of your life will improve.
  • the key is to allow yourself to be present, always flowing into the next moment.
